I love elevated horror, drama, and suspense. Perfecting practical FX makeup, collaborating on performances, making shot choices, and editing scenes—I'm all about the details. Inspired by Stephen King and Lovecraftian stories that blend horror with human experience, I want to share the immersive terror I felt as a child. Hitchcockian slow-burns significantly influence my work, and elevated horror excites both me and today's audiences.
Starting in the Louisiana film scene as an Art Director and Production Designer, I moved through roles in Special FX and Music Contribution, finally finding my place as a Writer, Producer and ultimately a Director. Bringing together every film element, from script to final cut, is where I thrive. Balancing fiscal responsibilities with artistic vision is crucial for me.
REEL 2024
I aim for visuals that are surgical like Fincher, focused like Deakins, and aesthetic like Gerwig. My time at The Art Institute of Seattle cemented my passion for filmmaking. With over a decade of experience, starting in New Orleans and now based in Los Angeles, I create films that balance budget awareness with lasting visual and narrative impact.
Sketch to Screen
In the early stages, I sketch ideas that will become final compositions. At this stage, I consider lens lengths, camera distance, light direction, set dressing, SFX, and more.

Screenwriting
I’ve been writing screenplays for 20 years. Seventeen of my screenplays have gone into production, ranging from features to commercials and music videos. In my shooting scripts, I craft every line to imply a shot. With just a few notes, it becomes a master shot list. It’s not just a compelling story; it’s a business plan with a plot.

Feature Films
I’ve self-financed three feature films, two of which have distribution deals, and the third is in post-production. "Ghost Light," our second film, won Best Drama at IFS and is available on most streaming services, along with "American Serial Killer."
